The Wellington Trust would like you to be happy with your order, but if you wish to exchange or would like a refund, please email your request to manager@thewellingtontrurst.org to arrange to return the item(s).
Once the return has been agreed, please return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, along with your order documents. We will issue a refund or replacement at your request, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. All refunds will be credited onto the same Debit or Credit Card Account used to process the original order
All refunds and returns will need to be made by the person who placed, and paid for, the original order.
In incidences where the goods delivered to you are found to be faulty or incorrect, the delivery costs charged as part of your order will be included in your refund. Items that become damaged due to general usage are not considered faulty and are therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange.

When returning any items to us please ensure your name and contact details are provided within the package, and that you obtain proof of postage from the postal service or courier as the Wellington Trust is not liable for any goods that may become lost in transit.
